Creamy Blueberry Popping Boba Milk

Ingredients (1 serving):
- blueberry foam (30 ml heavy cream, 1/2 tsp blueberry syrup)
- 30 ml blueberry syrup
- 80 g Blueberry Popping Boba
- 150 ml milk
- fresh blueberry for garnish (optional)
Directions:

In a small mixing bowl whip heavy cream until it becomes light and fluffy, but not overly stiff. Add blueberry syrup and mix. Set aside.

In a serving glass, pour blueberry syrup.

Add Blueberry Popping Boba.

Slowly pour cold milk over the syrup and Popping Boba.

Spoon blueberry foam over the milk mixture. Optionally, add a few fresh blueberries on top for garnish. Serve with a wide straw for the Popping Boba and enjoy immediately!
